2. What we process and why
| Where | Data | Purpose and legal basis | For how long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch list | email address, kind of organisation (business / agency), language, date of consent; your IP address only for the sign-up limit, in server memory for an hour | telling you when the service launches and how work progresses; your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time | until you withdraw consent, at most 24 months from sign-up |
| Contact form | name or company, email address, the message, a shortened hash of your IP address | answering your message and preventing abuse; our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), and when you ask about a contract: steps before entering into it (art. 6(1)(b)) | 12 months from the last message |
| robots.txt check | the domain you enter, your IP address (only for rate limiting, in server memory) | running the check and protecting the server; legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) | domains are not stored; the request counter clears after an hour |
| Server logs | IP address, page address, browser, time | security and diagnostics; legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) | up to 30 days |
| Statistics (Google Analytics 4) | cookie identifiers, pages visited, where you came from, approximate location (country, city) and device type; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses | counting visits and how well the Site works; your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) from the cookie panel, which you withdraw under “Cookie settings” in the footer | data in Google Analytics 14 months, cookies up to 2 years or until you withdraw |
Providing data is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot add you to the list or reply.
3. Recipients
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server running the Site and its database. Data stays within the European Economic Area.
- An email provider, through which we will send the launch message; it will be named here before the first send.
- Contact form messages may be forwarded to our internal notification channel. If that tool sits outside the EEA, we will name it here together with the transfer basis.
- Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC, USA): our mailbox contact@auspicon.com. It receives messages sent to that address and notifications from the forms on the Site (contact, report, launch list).
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): Google Analytics 4, only with your consent. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates.
We do not sell data and do not train any AI model on it.
4. Cookies and analytics
We store only two things in your browser:
- Your choice in the cookie panel (browser storage, key “auspicon-consent”, 12 months). This is necessary: without it the panel would return on every visit.
- Google Analytics 4 cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_” with an identifier), only with your consent. Until then Google’s scripts are not loaded at all.
You give and withdraw consent in the cookie panel, opened with “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. When you withdraw it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. The legal basis is art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Forms are protected by an invisible computational task that your browser solves in the background. It runs on our own server, with no cookies and no third parties. The typeface and images are served from our own server.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to contact@auspicon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl), or with your local authority.
6. Automated decisions
We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
7. Changes
This policy will be updated before paid plans launch (customer data, the Google integration and AI model providers will be added). The current version is in force since 25 October 2026.
