§ 1. General
- These terms govern the use of the website at auspicon.com (the “Site”) and the services provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
- The service provider is KARQIS AI & Software Kamil Szostok, Polish tax id (NIP) 9372783291, business registry no. (REGON) 545455862 (the “Provider”). Auspicon is a brand of the Provider. Contact: contact@auspicon.com.
- Use of the Site is free and voluntary. The Site is intended for businesses and people acting on their behalf.
§ 2. Services

- Contact form. You may send a message to the Provider, who replies to the email address given.
- robots.txt check. The Site fetches the publicly available robots.txt of a domain you enter and shows which AI crawlers may read it. The result is informational, not advice. Neither results nor domains are stored.
- A service agreement is concluded when you start using a feature and ends when you stop; for the launch list, when you leave it.
- Paid Auspicon plans are not available yet. Prices shown on the Site are an announcement, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Paid plans will have their own terms.
§ 3. Technical requirements
A device with internet access and a current browser. Forms also work without JavaScript. No account is needed.
§ 4. Rules of use
- Providing unlawful content, in particular through the contact form, is forbidden.
- Using the robots.txt check in an automated way or to load other people’s servers is forbidden. The Provider may limit the number of requests from one address.
- The Provider may interrupt access to the Site for maintenance.
§ 5. Complaints
Complaints about the Site can be sent to contact@auspicon.com with a description of the problem and a reply address. The Provider answers within 14 days.
§ 6. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a robots.txt result nor for interruptions outside the Provider’s control. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
§ 7. Personal data
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
§ 8. Final provisions
- The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular when paid plans launch, announcing the change on the Site and, to people on the launch list, by email at least 7 days in advance.
- Polish law applies. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court competent for the Provider’s seat.
- In force since 24 October 2026.
